Lmao,, ok so the US Senate which is predominently dual citizenship US/Israeli is going to investigate itself,, i wonder what their findings will be ?
With that act of killing 1000 civillians in Lebanon, Israel has destroyed its image in the world and if any other nation had commited such a crime they would be before Hague now.

Well sort of, US aid, military aid is giving to Israel with the understanding it will be spent in the US, thus empowering the military-industrial complex. But my question is, how will we know where the funds come from when Israel buys cluster bombs, for the US makes them and Israel buys them. To me a bill to say that the US will not sell these bombs to Israel if it pays with US aid, is kinda stupid. How can it be verified?

There is no bill Chuq, this transaction is presented by those lobby groups and enforced by the Congress, increasing the loan guarantees and payment made on loan guarantees. It would not refer in anyway to the aid Israel receives. No different then when Israel puts an order in for F16 s, if that's what you mean.

I disagree, it cant be simply dismissed as just war things happen. What has changed since the old Saxons, Jutes and Angles wandered onto Albion's fair shores is a little thing called Nuremberg. A slight matter of international law, Gevena protocols and that kind of thing. The very statutes that were agreed to put an end to the kind of carnage. You can put money on the fact that if some tin pot dictator unloved by the US was doing the same, he would end up in front of the ICC. No chance for the powerful though.

We are meant to be living in an age where law rules, it appears we are living instead of selective implemention of those laws.
