View Full Version : Liebermann Is An Idiot!
This guy just will not shut up; his knee pads have got to be wearing thin by now.
WASHINGTON - Connecticut Sen. Joseph I. Lieberman asserted Monday that the Iranian government has in effect declared war on the United States.
Lieberman commented after a U.S. military spokesman said Tehran's senior officials were aware of efforts to encourage violence against Americans in Iraq.
"The fact is that the Iranian government has by its actions declared war on us," said Lieberman, an independent who caucuses with Senate Democrats. As a result, he continued, "The United States government has a responsibility to use all instruments at its disposal to stop these terrorist attacks against our soldiers and allies in Iraq, including keeping open the possibility of using military force against the terrorist infrastructure inside Iran."

Lieberman is a joke, but what is a bigger joke is the morons of Connecticut that elected him.
Wtf were they thinking, he was a washed up old politician concerned more about his homeland, and not the US.
Can you imagine if Gore had have won, Lieberman would have been VP. Now doesnt Cheney look good. lol
I could never figure on which side of the isle Lieberman was on. Is he a democrat influencing the voting for the Republicans or was he a Republican disguised as a democrat. And now that hes an Independent i have lost track on what he has to offer , other then he wants to bomb Iran to kingdom come.
I dont know why CNN insists on giving this anti American pro Israeli washed up old man air time.
Only he can see a bright side to the war, after all its just young American girls and boys getting killed for a senseless cause.
His statement of Irananian declaration of war because a general made comment that Iranian weapons have killed US soldiers. If that were a barrometer of declaration of war then the US has declared war on more nations then any country on this planet.
I will never understand wtf the people in Connecticut were thinking when they elected this idiot.
Who was counting the votes???

If he is on CNN, Wolf Blitzer is behind that.
Lieberman is a NeoCon posing as an Independent. He's basically a political whore who will jump in bed with either party just to be seen as the good guy.
I'm thinking the only way he will ever get re-elected is to come out of the closet and declare he's really a Republican.

I get the same feeling, it's like its CNNs duty to give this idiot time to present his hidden Israeli agenda under the disguise of US security and a legitimate Congressman.
I agree that CNN has lost a lot of their credibility when they pre-emp M. Moore talking about healthcare and Bill Cosby talking about racism and urban violence to cover Paris Hilton, then they are no more than a mascarade of a news source. They lost my viewing.
He threw his endorsement behind John McCain, could this be the kiss of death for the McCain campaign ??
That is an excellent question and this article I found this morn doing research.
HILLSBOROUGH, N.H. - For months, most polls have shown that New Hampshire's independent voters, who make up more than 40 percent of the electorate and can vote in either primary on Jan. 8, were more interested in the Democratic contest.
The major beneficiary of their support would probably be Barack Obama, who leads Hillary Clinton among independents by double-digit margins and whose message of common-sense bipartisanship resonates among undeclared voters.
But a poll this month has shown significantly more undeclared voters taking an interest in the Republican primary, which could hurt Obama and help Republican John McCain, who made a direct pitch yesterday to independents with the nation's most fa mous independent, Senator Joe Lieberman of Connecticut, at his side.
